…this is what I'd tell her. You think this is about being in charge and not having anyone tell you what to do. And it is. And that's a good thing. But it's also about doing what you don't want to do even though you're tired and hungry and you have a headache, because you're in charge and no one is going to do it for you.

So growing up is a good thing. And 9 out of 10 women surveyed said that 43 is the ideal age, so it gets better. Yep. Even better.

(though mid 20's to mid 30's can be kind of rough, but maybe that's just me.)
